Purpose
Students credited with this module will be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and the ability to engage with the components of an operational risk management framework.
Students will also be able to interrogate multiple sources of knowledge in an area of operational risk and to evaluate knowledge and processes of knowledge production. Furthermore, students will demonstrate an understanding of the complexities and uncertainties of selecting and applying, in a self-critical manner, the risk management methodologies in practice. Finally, students will be able to present and communicate operational risk control measures ideas and texts effectively to a range of audiences, offering creative insights, rigorous interpretations and solutions to problems and issues appropriate to the context.
