Unisa Second Semester Registration 2025/2026

The Unisa Second Semester Registration Guide for 2025/2026:

Unisa second semester registration refers to the process by which students enrol or sign up for courses/modules for the second half of the academic year at the University of South Africa (Unisa). Unisa operates on a semester system, meaning the academic year is divided into two main periods: the first semester and the second semester. Each semester requires a registration process.

The second-semester registration is the period when students can choose their courses, submit required documents, pay any relevant fees, and fulfil other academic and administrative prerequisites to be officially registered and eligible to study for the second half of the year. Students need to complete this registration within the designated period, as missing the deadline can lead to additional fees, or even worse, the possibility of not being able to take desired courses due to them being fully booked or not being enrolled for the semester at all.

The University of South Africa (Unisa) is a leader in online learning, providing thousands of students with a flexible learning environment. Now that the academic year 2025–2026 is underway, the focus is shifting to registration for the second semester. It’s important for both new and returning students to fully understand this procedure.
